Job Description
General Description:
This position is responsible for management of the Title Transfers process, ensuring timely transfer of property Titles to clients. It involves monitoring all Titles, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving transfer issues. This role offers a learning opportunity in property Titles processing and real estate backend operations. It also involves problem-solving, negotiations, and collaboration.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and oversee accounts with Title transfers.
- Coordinate with teams for timely transfer processing.
- Identify issues and propose solutions.
- Generate summary reports on transfer progress.
- Provide feedback and facilitate team discussions.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- No prior experience required
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
