Job Description

Alorica Davao Matina is currently seeking a dedicated BPO Call Center Team Supervisor/Leader.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a BPO Team Supervisor/Leader
  • At least 18 years old or above
  • High school/Senior High graduate
  • Computer Knowledge and Excellent Coaching & Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month

Benefits: Company events, Employee discount, Health and Life insurance, Opportunities for promotion.

Schedule: Various shifts including Day, Evening, Night, and Weekends

Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary, Performance bonus

Experience Required: 1 year as BPO Team Supervisor/Leader
