Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Database Management (Vertafore)
- Data entry and updating notes/statuses
- Filling out applications accurately
- Follow-up on renewals and deadlines
- Submit quotes and prepare proposals
- Create reports and conduct follow-ups
- Communicate via call, email, SMS
- Answer phone calls when required
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Experience and Proficiency:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
- CRM/Database management experience, especially with Vertafore
- Real estate background (agent/broker interaction)
- Insurance industry experience is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php37,00.00 – Php38,00.00 per month
