QUALIFICATIONS:
- With 6 years hands-on experience with maintenance and certification of the A350/A320Neo/B787/B77 aircrafts.
- Graduate of Bachelor/Associate in Aircraft Maintenance Technology.
- Worked in any aviation company, with exposure to aircraft maintenance.
- Valid CAAP/FAA License.
- Good knowledge and skills with aircraft maintenance.
- Preferably with A350/A320Neo/B787/B77 trainings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing, planning, and controlling work for assigned staff.
- Certifying and monitoring work compliance with airworthiness requirements.
- Ensuring equipment and tools are in compliance with airworthiness requirements.
- Supervising and controlling staff with regards to discipline and performance.
- Reporting accidents/incidents in accordance with Safety Manual.
- Enforcing staff punctuality and safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Deputy Unit Chief/Unit Chief.
