Job Description

As a phone banker, your responsibilities are:
- Handle end-to-end customer servicing through the use of all available channels of communications (phone, email, fax, chat, etc.)
- Expected to address all inquiries, requests, and/or complaints lodged by prospective and/or existing bank clients.
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- No minimum experience required
- Willing to work onsite
