Job Description
We are looking for enthusiast Beauty Advisor to join our team.
Work Schedule
- Part-time Employment
- Salary: Php1,00/day
- Schedule: 3 days – Thursday, Friday, Saturday (might change depending on the store needs), 10am-7pm
- Location: Davao City
Qualifications
- Experience working in a Cosmetic Brand.
- Have decent knowledge about skincare and makeup routines. Knows how to apply makeup and skincare.
- Good communication, presentation, and selling skills.
- Cosmetology education is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess business owners/clients/guests with beauty needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Give clients advice on the use and benefits of skincare and makeup.
- Must be able to do suggestive selling and upselling of products.
- Reach monthly target/quota (There will be benefits for reaching above monthly target).
- Must be able to explain clearly: (a) Product (b) Product ingredients (c) Product benefits (d) Product uniqueness (e) Product compatibility.
- Capable of performing effective product demonstrations, especially during face-to-face trainings.

Pay: Php1,00.00 per day

Experience:
- Beauty Advisor: 1 year (Preferred)
