- At least High School Graduate or College Level
- With Professional Driver’s License (Restriction #3) (Code A-D)
- Can drive 4-6 wheel vehicles
- Willing to do field & labor works
- Willing to be assigned on night shift duty
- Willing to undergo 7 days training (stay-in): Luzon: Biñan Laguna | Visayas: Lapu-Lapu Cebu | Mindanao: Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
