Description:
Handle inbound calls in Filipino or Taglish, providing exceptional customer service for credit card inquiries and concerns. Address requests for fee waivers, billing issues, card delivery, and other credit card-related matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of tertiary education completion. At least 3 months of call center experience or similar customer service role involving phone interactions.
Communication Skills Requirements:
No regional accent, clear pronunciation, confidence, good listening skills, and effective comprehension and communication abilities.
Work Set-up & Location:
Onsite at Alorica Fort, BGC Taguig. Convenient location near Uptown Mall and Guadalupe MRT station.
Schedule:
Shifting schedule with training possibly in graveyard shift for 2 months. Work hours between 6 AM and 12 MN with two consecutive rest days. Weekends off not guaranteed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate.
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month.
