Job Description
The Service Crew delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. Responsible for station cleanliness and organization while on duty.
- Operations Execution:
- Accurate preparation and prompt Guest service.
- Adhering to quality standards.
- Delivering products within speed guidelines.
- Demonstrating patience and positivity with Guests.
- Brand Standards and Food Safety:
- Impressing Guests with fresh, safe food and fast service.
- Positive, courteous, and flexible attitude.
- Caring attitude during Guest recovery.
- Restaurant Compliance:
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Reporting violations promptly.
- Adhering to Health and Safety protocols.
- Demonstrating reliability in maintaining compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
