Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage user and workflow maintenance in the system including updating data elements, coordinating fallback agent activities, and checking group mailbox.
- Support tactical tasks as directed by the Global Team Leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge in Procurement processes
- Experience in shared services or BPO preferred
Other:
- Hybrid Setup with a mid-shift schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
