Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should be a graduate of a 4-year course (Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Basic or general knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures.
- Experience in using ERP systems (Oracle), Concur System, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
- PREFERABLY RESIDING IN LAGUNA OR NEAR LAGUNA
- PREFERABLY CAN START IMMEDIATELY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Process AP invoices including timely and accurate processing of invoices for the assigned entities.
2) Verify, investigate, and handle invoice discrepancies and invoices on hold for assigned entities and suppliers.
3) Handle and resolve inquiries from suppliers and stakeholders.
4) Perform pre-pay audits on selected employee expense reports in Concur.
5) Provide guidance and assistance to employees in Concur system navigation, expense processing, and questions related to WD’s Travel policy.
6) Perform AP Potential Duplicate Invoices Review.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php21,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
