Job Description
Fortem Cement Corporation is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations for admixtures. The ideal candidate will supervise production activities, ensure efficient and safe production schedules, and maintain high-quality standards in the production process. If you possess leadership skills and a technical background in production, we welcome your application.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Proven experience in a production lead role, preferably in the admixture industry
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining mixing tanks
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Location: Brgy. Ilang, Bunawan District, Davao City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
