Job Description
The Service Crew delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. The Service Crew is responsible for keeping his his/her assigned station clean, organized, and ready while on duty.
1. Operations Execution:
- Executes accurate preparation and prompt Guest service delivery within the established speed of service guidelines.
- Executes shift plans direction on production accurately and efficiently.
- Executes food preparation accurately adhering to ops standards of quality.
- Delivers products within the standard speed of service.
- Demonstrates patience and a positive attitude when performing tasks and in dealing with Guests.
2. Delivers Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise and Delivery:
- Makes a professional impression on Guests and team through positive, courteous, and friendly attitude.
- Demonstrates flexibility to meet different team needs to ensure Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise delivery.
- Demonstrates sincere and caring attitude during Guest recovery and adhering to the Making it Right process.
3. Restaurant Compliance:
- Helps maintain Tim Hortons restaurant and equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Takes initiative to immediately report violations of safety, sanitation, or security policies to restaurant management.
- Complies with Health and Safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for Guests and the other team members.
- Demonstrates to restaurant management that he/she can be relied upon to maintain compliance during the shift.
