Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production processes and quality output. Your role involves directing personnel, problem-solving, and meeting customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with managers for objectives
- Estimate costs and budgets
- Organize workflow
- Monitor production and personnel performance
- Determine resources
- Approve maintenance and equipment purchasing
- Ensure quality output and safety
- Report to upper management
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as production director
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Quality standards and safety regulations
- Budgeting and performance evaluation
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and decision-making abilities
- BSc/Ba in business administration preferred
