Job Description
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- NON-VOICE AND VOICE (Email and Chat)
- 100% NON-TECHNICAL ACCOUNTS purely CUSTOMER SERVICE
- With or WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE
- HIGH SCHOOL / SHS GRADUATE / COLLEGE LEVEL / COLLEGE GRADUATE
- STRESS-FREE ENVIRONMENT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
