Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes responding to incoming calls, answering inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and handling complaints related to the organization’s products/services.
Qualifications:
- Must be College Graduate
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
- Willingness to work on-site
