Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Communicates with customers to take care of concerns
- Answer participant questions to achieve a full understanding of critical information
What are we looking for?
- Open to candidates without experience
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can do onsite work within 25km to 35km
