Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervises Guest Services Team at The Mansion Boutique Hotel
- Oversees day-to-day operations and schedules Guest Services Personnel
- Enforces Standard Operating Procedures for Guest Services Team
- Collaborates with Sales and Marketing Team for promotions
- Manages Front Office Agents and Sales for group & event bookings
- Handles online reservations systems and guest inquiries
- Ensures efficient guest payments, check-ins, check-outs, and service protocols
- Participates in special projects and functions as required
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years
SCHEDULE: Thursday – Tuesday; 9 hours/day (mostly 3PM-11PM shift)
SALARY: Commensurate with experience.
