Job Description
- Assist the Training Manager in creating and designing training modules.
- Facilitate and schedule training sessions through various techniques.
- Create and update modules using presentations and infographics.
- Set up in-person, hybrid, and virtual training sessions.
- Send training evaluation forms and monitor participant completions.
- Assist in creating L&D reports and handle logistical arrangements.
- Prepare training materials, communicate with stakeholders, and monitor registrations.
- Schedule meetings to identify skills needed for employee competency enhancement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of training facilitation and administration experience or fresh graduates welcome
- Related Education degree with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics software.
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment collaboratively.
- Manage priorities, workload, and perform ad hoc tasks.
- Willing to commute or relocate to Taguig, BGC (Near SM Aura).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
