Job Description
I. Position Summary
Marketing Partner serves as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Duties include marketing lists, lead generation, and guiding buyers to sellers.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Offer guidance and support to sellers and buyers.
- Assess clients’ needs and finances.
- Facilitate negotiations and provide market advice.
- Conduct property value analyses.
- Promote real estate to potential buyers.
- Prepare essential documentation.
- Update property listings and boost sales.
- Stay informed about real estate markets.
II. Job Requirements
- Open for Fresh Graduates and undergraduates.
- Part-time employment.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and computer literate.
- Sales experience not required but advantageous.
