Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the footwear industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
