Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.
- Ensure highest service levels for customers/clients via email and Monday Boards.
- Address basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients.
- Promptly address requests and communicate accurate information.
- Ensure accuracy of client payment information updates and more.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or College degree.
- IT or related computer courses advantage.
- Critical decision-making skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift at San Juan City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
