Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager specializing in Acquisition, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of services related to acquiring new customers. Your main focus will be on ensuring efficient processes and strategies are in place to drive customer acquisition initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, optimize processes, and implement solutions that enhance the overall customer acquisition experience. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring key performance indicators and providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
