Job Description
Position Summary: The Hotel Front Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly.
- Offer concierge services such as recommending local attractions and arranging transportation.
- Reservations Management:
- Handle phone and online reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Confirm reservations and update the reservation system accordingly.
- Manage room inventory and allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
- Financial Transactions:
- Process payments, including room charges, incidental expenses, and deposits.
- Balance cash drawers and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and provide guest invoices upon check-out.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other forms of communication promptly.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other front office staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
