Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, and amenities
- Process reservations efficiently
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Meet performance targets
- Maintain records of reservations
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or college undergraduates
- Prior experience desirable
- Able to work on-site
- Amenable to on-site interviews
