Job Description
The Primary responsibility of this position is to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of warehouse and logistics operations which include:
- Good warehouse practices
- Proper inventory management
- Proper route planning
- Accuracy, correctness, and timeliness in the delivery of orders
- Accounting of Proofs of Deliveries or POD’s
The Secondary responsibility includes managing the team, maintaining warehouse orderliness, dispatch efficiency, and overall cleanliness.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations
- FMCG experience is an advantage
- Good grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, and management principles
- Keen attention to details and highly organized
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
