Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached 2nd year in College with no back subjects.
- High School Graduates are accepted.
- Candidates need to be conversant in the English language.
Job Responsibility:
- Respond to call questions and complaints using scripts and procedures.
- Gather information, research/resolves queries, and log customer calls.
- Communicate relevant alternatives in a timely fashion.
- Inform clients about expert services and determine customer requirements.
- Provide instruction, teaching, and help to lower level employees.
- Provide troubleshooting support to lower level employees.
