Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for hotel reservations.
- Process reservations accurately.
- Address customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay updated on hotel policies.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent.
- Experience in a related field preferred.
- Able to work on-site.
- Willing to attend on-site interviews.
