Job Description
Responsible for payment processing of the Customers in compliance to policies and procedures of the Company. Ensures timely bank deposits and regularly submits Daily Sales Report to Branch Head.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficient processing of Customer’s payments with no shortage or overage.
- Greet and engage Customers at the check-out counter.
- Receive payment by cash and credit cards, issue official receipts.
- Maintain cash payments and funds, follow Sales and Marketing promos.
- Process merchandise return and exchange, submit Daily Sales Reports.
- Ensure tallying of daily sales transactions with cash-on-hand and total sales.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- College Level in a Business or Service related course.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Retail Industry.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Good Customer Service and Analytical Skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, values Excellence, Customer Experience, Innovation, Integrity, and Collaboration.
Applicant must be willing to be assigned in New Point Mall.
