Job Description
Morning Duty
- Cleaning and setting up for opening (noodles boiler, fryer gyoza pan, etc.)
- Preparing all necessary ingredients for operations
- Defrosting necessary ingredients for backups
- Checking all conditions of ingredients
- Cleaning, organizing, and washing dishes and bowls
- Monitoring and adjusting soup
Closing Duties
- Cleaning all kitchen tools, equipment, working tables, storage, refrigerators, and floor
- Washing all plates and dumping garbage
- Double-checking all stock
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time relevant to Service Operations
