Job Description
Work Set up: Hybrid Work Set Up | Angeles City, Pampanga
Work Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours) Saturday (4 hours)
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of draftsman/BIM modelers for a D&B project.
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams, architectural team, and M&E team.
- Ensure designs comply with codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Review & verify design drawings, monitor design processes and submission schedules.
- Supervise draftsmen, check structural drawings, and assist in amending drawings.
- Disseminate structural information for design coordination.
- Liaise with BIM Manager on presentations, clash reports, and meeting schedules.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a structural coordinator, PPVC D&B experience is a plus.
- Able to interpret structural design, knowledge in rebar detailing, Autocad & Revit skills are a plus.

Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
