Job Description
One Secai is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of our projects. As the Project Manager, you will lead the teams from pre-construction to post-construction, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan project requirements
- Implement project activities as per schedule and quality standards
- Maintain a serious housekeeping program
- Prepare detailed reports for management
- Coordinate with various departments
- Build relationships with authorities
- Manage subcontractors and project commitments
- Monitor project performance and close-out
- Prepare project operating plans
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Architectural or Engineering course
2. Minimum 3 years of related work experience
3. Strong leadership and project management skills
4. Hardworking, team player, and flexible
5. Required Skills: Project Management, Construction Schedule, People Management, Billing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
