Job Description
- Responsible for preparing timely payment requests, purchase requests, and expense monitors for all consumer Direct To Consumer activities.
- In charge of preparing payment requests and equipment for shooting.
- Responsible for preparing birthday cards for Observation MD’s.
- In charge of logistics, including transport and shipping of promotional materials.
- Processing of Trade Reporting Facility/Cash Advances/Liquidations of sales/Coordinating and Managing Entity.
- Handles office-related inquiries and makes tags.
- Assists in providing marketing needed equipment for artist virtual shooting.
- Handles Marketing & Medical Sales procurements.
- Assistance in providing trade documents and materials for the merchandising team.
- Processing official documents such as payment and purchase requests.
- In charge of logistics, including transport and shipping of important documents to merchandisers and sub-distributors.
- Checks medical & trade personnel expense reimbursements.
- Prepares medical & trade sales calls based on their submitted itinerary & reports.
