Job Description
Morning Duty
- Cleaning and setting up for opening (noodles boiler, fryer gyoza pan, and more).
- Preparing all necessary ingredients for operations.
- Defrosting necessary ingredients for backups.
- Checking the condition of all ingredients.
- Cleaning, organizing, washing dishes, and bowls.
- Monitoring and adjusting soup.
Closing Duties
- Cleaning all kitchen tools, equipment, working tables, storage, refrigerators, and floor.
- Washing all plates and disposing of garbage.
- Double-checking all stock.
- Performing other tasks assigned from time to time relevant to Service Operations.
