POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Category Supervisor to oversee sales floor operations, customer service, and drive sales performance in the assigned department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent service.
- Monitor inventory, ensure well-stocked products, and attractive displays.
- Train new employees on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and collaborate on sales strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience.
