Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance of hardware and software updates.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting and problem isolation.
- Deployment of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Provides basic support for client software applications when Helpdesk Level 1 Support is unable to resolve issues.
- Research and resolve various problems, assisting users through simple procedures.
- Virus coordination.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen on detail.
- Good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
