Job Description
The right candidate should possess the following:
- 4-year college graduate from a reputable school
- At least 3 years of solid supervisory experience
- Experience supervising a team
- Experience in recruitment, labor relations, or compensation and benefits
- Computer literate with above-average communication skills
- High level of people management skills and ability to multitask
