Job Description

Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a Local Financial account. They will join our team in Taguig, Bonifacio Global City.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide financial services.
  • Make and take calls with expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.

Needed Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at least two years of tertiary education.
  • You need at least three months of call center experience.
  • Good communication and listening skills. And you should be able to provide relevant answers with confidence.
