Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
