Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Sapient Careers Makati. This position is open to High School graduates with a passion for customer care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or equivalent
- No BPO experience required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Previous BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Thorough knowledge of products
