Job Description
Aspire is actively looking for Call Center Agents around Metro Manila or in any nearby Cities. We offer up to Php 25,00 salary.
Qualifications:
- 2nd Year College Completed: 1 year BPO Experience Required
- College Graduate: No BPO Experience Required
- Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
- Must be willing to start ASAP
- Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
- Willing to work for Full-time job
Job Overview:
Resolve customer complaints, issues, or discrepancies related to reservations promptly and professionally, aiming for customer retention and loyalty.
Job Description:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, reservation details, and payment transactions in the reservation system for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Follow up with customers post-booking to confirm reservation details, address any additional requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional hotel services to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Handle incoming reservation requests, and process bookings accurately according to customer preferences.
