Job Description
*Provide sophisticated calendar management to the MD through the use of Google Calendar.
*Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the MD’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including support to all departments.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD.
*Work closely with the MD to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following and appropriately.
*Make travel arrangements.
*Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
*Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
*Correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, management meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with, including GCs (Viber and GChat).
*Attends management and internal meetings as an observer on behalf of the MD, taking down minutes of the meeting.
*Conserve the Executive’s time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
*Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs.
