Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with senior IT or higher-ranked personnel in the IT and Engineering department.
- Resolves hardware, software, and networking concerns related to workstations and IT equipment or systems.
- Ensures network, workstations, and IT equipment up-time.
- Ensures security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Processes IT helpdesk-related concerns and inventory documentation.
- Communicates concerns for swift resolutions.
Requirements:
- BSIT/equivalent technical course OR relevant IT/support experience.
- High self-motivation, self-confidence, and flexibility in schedule.
- Mid-level English Proficiency is a MUST.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and PC repair skills.
- Ability to adapt to new situations, learn from mistakes, and improve technical English.
- Passionate about IT field, open to feedback, and willing to disagree constructively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,500.00 per month
