- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached 2nd year in College.
- High School Graduates are accepted.
- Proficiency in English language required.

- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues.
- Gathers information, researches, and provides solutions promptly.
- Offers product options, assists in training, and supports team members.
