Job Description
Fatima University Medical Center is urgently seeking dynamic individuals to join as Patient Financial Counselors. Duties include conducting financial assessments, assisting with applications, resolving billing issues, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, social work, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in healthcare financial counseling or medical billing.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and billing procedures.
- Clear communication of complex financial information.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and EHR systems.
- Familiarity with government financial assistance programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime may be required
