Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at The Orbit Hub. Various other positions are also available including Technical Support, Sales/Retail, Travel and Hotel Associates, Healthcare Specialists, Financial Associates, and Telemarketers.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs using provided scripts and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency
- BPO experience a plus
- Good typing skills
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
Nice to have:
- Customer service experience
