JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators.
- Customer Relations: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Develop strategic plans and manage financial performance.
- Manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields.
- 10 years of experience in trucking operations management.
- Proven track record in implementing efficient trucking strategies.
