Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or at least reached 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates need to be conversant in the English language
Job Responsibilities:
- May include:
- Responding to call questions and complaints with usual scripts
- Researching/resolving queries and logging customer calls
- Providing purposeful instruction and troubleshooting support
