Job Description
Do you have a passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and want to contribute to exciting projects from the comfort of your home?
We are looking for a talented and motivated BIM Modeler to join our growing team. In this work-from-home position, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining accurate 3D models for our architectural and engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models using software like Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Create construction documentation from the BIM model, including drawings, schedules, and quantities
- Conduct quality checks and identify potential clashes within the model
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and workflows
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural concepts
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality
Bonus Points:
- Experience with additional BIM tools (Navisworks, Enscape, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with specific building codes and standards
