Job Description
A Front Office Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs at the hotel reception.
Responsibilities include providing information about rooms, amenities, and local attractions, handling guest inquiries and solving issues promptly and professionally.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service and proficiency in computer systems is preferred.
